Foundations (IFR)

- Insulated Foundation Raft (IFR) to your desired u-value
- Installation of steels and DPM

- Utilities ready service - while preparing the foundations, we can excavate trenches for and install drains, soil pipes, soakaways, manholes, inspection chambers, pipework and ducting ready for utilities connections
Walls (ICF)
- THERMOMUR® Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) to your desired u-value
- ICF construction
- Installation of steels
- Creation of openings
- Installation of first floor joist hangers
- Concrete pours
We also offer:
- Base coat rendering - ready for the addition of wood or PVC cladding, brick or stone finish
- Base and top coat rendering to finish the look in a colour of your choice
Roof
- Installation of first floor joists and floorboards
- Installation of the roof plate and rafters
- Installation of roof membrane and battens
- Installation of warm roof insulation
- Installation of fascias, soffits and guttering (not including down pipes)
